Alicia Beauty & Bridal Glam the Dress Portraits: Studio, Gahanna/Columbus, Ohio

It was such an honor to welcome past wedding client Alicia and her husband to the studio for her Beauty and Bridal Glam the Dress Portrait Session! We love being able to provide this experience to women to help them celebrate themselves and make images they'll treasure forever.

Not only were we able to capture her in her fabulous wedding dress, a 2015 Princess Tianna style from Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings Bridal Collection by Alfred Angelo Bridal, but we were able to photograph her in a couple of her other favorite dresses. Sarah & Brian Engagement Portrait Session: Park of Roses, Clintonville/Columbus, Ohio

Brian and Sarah are preparing to tie the knot in just a few weeks! It's been so much fun getting to know them over the past year and with their wedding right around the corner, I wanted to feature their engagement session!

The couple met at work when Brian was training Sarah at that job. Shortly after, Brian switched positions and moved to Columbus. Their relationship blossomed and they now both live here in Columbus. They're truly a perfect match - their witty and creative personalities compliment each other so well and it's easy to see their connection when you see them together.

I was so excited when they selected the Park of Roses for their engagement session. June is the peak month for roses at the park - the park actually has a Rose Festival every June. The gardens were in full bloom for their portraits.

Roh Beauty Portrait Session: Studio, Columbus, Ohio

It was such an honor to work with Roh in studio to celebrate her recent retirement and upcoming 65th birthday! Roh wanted to have beautiful recent photographs of herself to capture this exciting time in her life. She not only wanted the images for her own enjoyment, but as a timeless keepsake to share with her family.

It was such a treat to work with her in the studio and provide Roh with the full pampered experience with Hair and Make-up by local artist Leigh Ann of Make You, www.makeyou614.com. We had a lot of fun featuring some of her favorite outfits, scarves, and hats. Enjoy this behind the scenes look at her Beauty Session experience and some of our favorite images of her.

Briana & Steve Winter Wedding: Greater Columbus Convention Center, Downtown Columbus, Ohio

Briana and Steve exchanged their wedding vows in a beautiful winter themed wedding in January at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The Convention Center ballrooms have recently been renovated and they have some incredible lighting options that gave both the ceremony and reception a really neat "winter" themed ambiance.

Not only were we able to enjoy some unique spaces inside the Convention Center for portraits, but we were able to take the bride and bridesmaids over to the Hilton where we were able to make some beautiful images in their hotel and on the glass walkway leading to the Convention Center. The ceremony was officiated by Jared, a dear family friend of Briana. The reception was lively with a lot of dancing - it was definitely a special day with lots of celebration!

A big congratulations to Briana and Steve as they start this next chapter together!

Melissa: Beauty & Bridal Glam the Dress Portrait Session - Studio, Columbus, Ohio

We had a blast working with past wedding client Melissa during her Beauty and Bridal Glam the Dress Portrait Session at the studio! So excited to share a behind the scenes look featuring Melissa's session! I love being able to provide this experience to women to help them celebrate themselves and make images they'll treasure forever.

For her session, Melissa wanted to be photographed in her favorite dress, her wedding dress! It was such a treat to capture her in her wedding gown one more time. She also got to play with an elegant look pairing our black tulle shirt with a black top and some jewelry. Olivia 6 Month Portraits: Studio, Columbus, Ohio

Miss Olivia has reached her 6 month milestone! We had so much fun welcoming her back to the studio to capture her at this age. She's such a happy and beautiful baby! 6 months is one of my favorite ages to photograph little ones - their personalities really start to show. Enjoy some of my favorites of sweet Olivia!

Leo Newborn Portrait Session: Studio, Gahanna/Columbus, Ohio

One of my favorite parts of what I do is staying in touch with past clients and capturing their lives as their families grow and lives change. It was such an honor to work with past wedding clients Ashley and Chris again and to photograph their son Leo in the studio!

Kristen & Joe Wedding: NorthStar Golf Club, Sunbury, Ohio

Kristen and Joe tied the knot in June at the NorthStar Golf Club in Sunbury, Ohio. Rain showers were predicted for most of the day, but luckily the raindrops held off until shortly after their outdoor ceremony. Once the rain subsided, we were excited that the couple was willing to venture outside again for some beautiful portraits of the two of them on the golf course. The ceremony was officiated by one of their childhood pastors and one of their cousins sang at the beginning of the ceremony. The reception was a ton of fun and it was neat capturing the couple and their guests show off their dance moves during the reception.

A special congrats to Kristen and Joe on what was truly a picture perfect day! It was an honor to work with you both and your families.
